Who: OPEN!
When: Friday afternoon, 9/16
Where: Astonea, at the base of Kandre Volcano, Pakerion
Before/After: N/A
Warnings: TBA
[OOC description in the weekchange, IC OL post about the event.]
[so, even though Lisa was able to give some warning that Astonea would be in danger, she was not able to give a timeline or say exactly how much danger the town would be in, due to changes brought on by the merge. The people were warned, but most of them brushed it off.]
[After Friday's landslide wrecks several homes on the edge of the city, they are not quite so blasé about it. Tremors continue after the landslide, warning of an escalating danger, and a team of geologists who've been stationed in the town to keep an eye on Kandre's activity are saying that a more destructive event is imminent, and they think the countdown is a matter of hours.]
[Basically, everyone is panicking, and an evacuation needs to happen. But there are tremors causing structural damage, nobody knows how long they have before another landslide hits--or worse--and on top of that there are wild fire elementals being aggressive and causing trouble! At first the fire elementals are only creating disruptions at the town's borders, but it isn't long before they move into the town itself and start causing fires and all sorts of other problems.]
[NPC fire elementals at will. None of them will be stronger than a high-level miniboss, but otherwise you have free rein with them.]
