Chisaki + Nova: Relieved

Who: Chisaki, Nova
When: Wednesday the 28th
Where: Omghan
Before/After: After they escape Las Vegas.
Warnings: TBD.

[Chisaki and Nova ran their asses off to get home. Once they did, Chisaki deposited Nova with the potions and healing supplies he needed to feel human again; then she took off to shower and rest. She ran at a superhuman speed for the better part of an hour. She was sore, tired, and hungry. She took care of those with a bath and a snack, then a short nap.]

[Sleep was a bad idea. She had a nightmare; one where the warhounds made short work of Nova and then she lost herself. She tore them apart -- and when she came to, he was still dead.]

[She awakes with a start. Deciding she won't get back to sleep, she climbs out of bed and into the living room, rubbing at her eyes. She looks around for a moment, hesitant, and listens for his heartbeat. She's only satisfied when she hears it.]
