Thinking a moment, she rolled her eyes. "Right. You need a disenchant or someone with holy to finish it off." She looked back to him. "Don't suppose you've got either?" she asked, tone highly skeptical.

He pulled himself up, extricating himself from the table. He made an attempt to brush himself off, but all he succeeded in doing was making himself sticky. Fuck honey, he decided.
He faced the dragon again, not really keen on re-entering the fray with an enemy he'd have to fight indefinitely. "Better hope there's a plan for this shit."
He glanced at her. "Thanks for the advice. It'll buy time, at least."

She acknowledged the thanks with a, "Yeah," as she stood. "Sorry I couldn't be more useful." She still had her gun, but... Looking up at the thing, she doubted it'd do much damage, and if something else managed to pop in, her bullets might be better spared for that.

"Not your fault," he told her.
He took a deep breath and heaved it out as a sigh, and then started walking toward the dragon to rejoin the fray. If they couldn't kill it, they at least needed to keep it from hurting any of the civilians.

"Good luck!" she offered.
Her skills were better put to use trying to ensure people had places to hide, and she returned to her task. Even if she couldn't find a way out, she might find places to hole up in.
