[Suddenly we have almost the entire cast of the game in the same place at the same time! What does that mean? REUNION THREADS!]

[Here is an open post for all your threading needs! This should make it easier to have mingling threads, open threads, random encounters, multiple participants, etc etc etc]

[Basically any characters you'd like to have meeting up in the new, merged Bastan may do so here. Stick a time in your subjectline and if you're doing it on a day other than Sunday (this post is good for all of week 32), add a date tag for it. Go wild!]

[she rolls her eyes and lets out an audible sigh.]

Ya always this attentive?

It's kind of a recent development.

[she folds her arms over her chest and looks incredulous]

Really?

Did becomin' an alchemist mess wit'cher head? Thought that only happened t' mages.

I took a tiny trip to the Dark yesterday and forgot all the proper names I know.

[arentweglad]

[there's only one way to visit the Dark that she knows of]

What, ya died?

That's usually how you get there!

I started a fight with a player.

Well ya coulda done some fucked up experiment ta travel there, I don't know!

[but he'd died??? there hadn't even been a war on earth!]

What happened?

It's a long, boring story!

How could it be borin'! Ya died!

'less ya jus' don't wanna talk about it.

That's a possibility.

[she pouts, but lets it go.]

So wait, ya don't remember anyone's names? Like, even yers?

Not even mine!

[arentweglad]

Well I guess I better come up wit some kinda nickname fer ya. Like Boozer or somethin'.

[she's only met him when booze was involved! outside of this time.]

I guess even Boozer would be better than one I can't answer to.

Oh! [he offers an index card and pen]

Give me yours and I'll try to learn it.

Boozer it is!

[she blinks at the card as she takes it, quirks a brow, shrugs, and carefully writes out Valentine Ramirez onto it with his pen before offering it back. Her handwriting is surprisingly neat, but stylized, with little curls on the end of letters, and Is dotted with little hearts.]

[he takes it, reads it off the card wonderingly, syllable by syllable, like it's in a language with an unfamiliar sound system

then he doodles a smirking cartoon Val next to it]

That's interesting handwriting.

[she peers at his doodling, looking amused.]

Ain't it lovely? [grin]

So! [she claps her hands together] I got some mail t'write. Ya stickin' 'round here or runnin' off?

Running off. It's actually my first chance to go home in weeks!

[arentweglad]

[she's a little disappointed he won't be around to bother...]

I'd ask where ya live but ya would'n be able ta tell me. [pause] How ya gettin' there?

I brought written instructions for the warp mage.

[arentweglad]

Well tha's cheatin'. [she smirks.]

Can I see? Or should I jus' write when I wanna terrorize ya?

It's not cheating! I'd never get home otherwise.

[he fishes out and shows her the paper that says Omghan on it]

It's kind of small, I wouldn't be surprised if you have no idea where it is.

[she squints at the name. it looks familiar... like a memory you can't really place...

she shrugs.]

Jus' knowin' the name'll let me get there. [she grins at him.] Guess I'll see ya 'round!
