[EVENT] Phase II reunions!
Who: OPEN!
When: Week 32
Where: Bastan/Fall City/Underwood
Before/After: After the Phase II merge
Warnings: TBA
[Suddenly we have almost the entire cast of the game in the same place at the same time! What does that mean? REUNION THREADS!]
[Here is an open post for all your threading needs! This should make it easier to have mingling threads, open threads, random encounters, multiple participants, etc etc etc]
[Basically any characters you'd like to have meeting up in the new, merged Bastan may do so here. Stick a time in your subjectline and if you're doing it on a day other than Sunday (this post is good for all of week 32), add a date tag for it. Go wild!]

It was the flavor of strife. Of an adversary met and not yet matched.
Of a nemesis born.
Virelai pulled herself up with Lera's help, eyes still distant from the concussion. "It is fate," she said, definite and absolute.
no subject
"Are you okay?" she asked. "Some of those hits looked hard--um, especially that headbutt at the end."
And the fact her chicken could do martial arts fights. She felt like she should have been warned.
no subject
Yeah, that was a pretty solid knock to her skull.
Virelai turned to look toward Colonel Sanders, but the whole world spun with her and she wavered until she found her balance.
"It begins."
no subject
"Did you and my mount just swear an undying vendetta?"
no subject
"Some conflicts follow us into the Dark.
"This is one such feud."
no subject
"So you're..." She screwed her face up. "You're not made at me? Because my mount kicked you and stuff?"
She did get to meet him, at least, sort of...
no subject
"What?" Virelai's eyes found their way back to Lera with some searching. "...No?" Should she have been? Her thoughts were a little slower. "One warrior cannot be held responsible for the decisions of another."
Except when they were literally responsible for their mounts as their caretakers, but never mind that for the moment. This was different.
She brightened. "Besides, it's important to have conflict."
no subject
"I-I suppose so," she said. "Colonel Sanders certainly seems to enjoy conflict with others, so... I imagine he's happy about it?"
She looked back in his direction.
"To the extent he does happy, anyways."
no subject
There were philosophies about life and the universe buried somewhere in Virelai. She was not in the condition to be speaking of them right now.
"... But happiness is one of the nicer ones... I like happiness."
The sky seemed suddenly fascinating to her the way she was looking at it.
"I hope you find happiness."
no subject
She laughed nervously. "I think you hit your head?"
no subject
Virelai's hand dropped to her side. "Okay," she agreed, entirely unconcerned. She even started off to lead the way, and by sheer luck had managed to orient herself in the proper direction.
